Barcelona's Casanova Hotel offers an F1 racing package

Rate includes five laps at the Spanish Grand Prix track

Barcelona, Spain (June 12, 2008) – In 2008, speed demons will race around Barcelona’s world-famous race circuit in a luxury sports car with Casanova Hotel’s F1 Racing Package. After a theory briefing on driving and safety, drivers can forgo speed limits and race a Porsche Cayman with over 295 hp five laps around the Montmelo Formula 1 race track.

A chauffeur-driven car takes guests in between Casanova Hotel and the home to the Spanish Grand Prix, just north of Barcelona. The package also includes two nights of luxurious accommodations in a Superior Room, daily breakfast, roundtrip airport transfers, and all insurance and deposits for the racing.

About the Casanova Hotel:

Named after the 18th century seducer, the re-born Casanova, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, made its return in November with a new hip elegant décor, restaurant and spa. Mexiterranean cuisine is served at Mexiterranée restaurant inside Casanova, fusing Mexican, Catalan and Mediterranean ingredients along with an in-house choreographer to change the scene monthly.
